Life is too short to be miserable. Life is too short to not reach out and go for what you want. If you love someone, let them know early and often, before it’s too late. 

And for Dog’s sake, if it turns out you don’t love someone any more, or they don’t love you, let go, so that you can both pursue happiness to its fullest.
